Isse Maloi and Trevor Hill of Acrylic Squid put together Milk Munny to raise funds for the Keep a Breast Foundation. Artists from Phoenix and around the world contributed their talents and designed nearly 100 Munnies for this exhibition. The show runs from October 1-3, 2010 at monOrchid Gallery, 214 E. It’s been a few months since event planning firm MODALEW celebrated its first anniversary at Tempe’s Aloft hotel. Some might say we took our sweet time putting this video together, but we’re of the opinion that the video couldn’t have dropped at a better time.

See, this Saturday, D. Lewis and his team will celebrate “A Love Supreme” at DISCO Nightclub in Scottsdale (4301 N. Civic Center). As you can tell by the video above, MODALEW brings an amazing array of beautiful and creative people together for one-of-a-kind events. Just as was the case for the anniversary celebration, there’s no cover for anyone in the 21+ crowd, but fashionable attire is an absolute must.

As a matter of fact, the flyer below seems to suggest that the most well-heeled partiers will receive preferential treatment at the bar. So wait, are you saying that there are benefits to being one of the beautiful people at a nightclub? Ohh, now I get it, I’ve been doing it wrong all this time.

Behind-the-scenes video of Saturday’s Jai Lovehall photoshoot at the Bobby Fresh warehouse. Shooting footage of another shooter was reminiscent of the BTS black & white footage interwoven into Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine” clip, hence the look of this video and the Fort Minor “S.C.O.M.” soundtrack.
